Esenga Health was founded to make healthcare more personal, accessible, and compassionate. We are a Nurse Practitioner-owned practice that brings primary care and mental health services directly to your home or through convenient telehealth so you never have to choose between your health and your comfort.
My inspiration comes in part from caring for my own grandmother, who suffered a critical illness. She was bedbound with both a PEG tube and a tracheostomy, yet it was nearly impossible to find providers who could or would come to the home. Every appointment meant booking an ambulance, which was exhausting and costly for our family. That experience showed me just how many patients are left behind in the current healthcare system—and why in-home care matters so deeply.
Our mission is simple: to close the gap for patients who face barriers to traditional care, whether that's due to mobility issues, busy schedules, chronic conditions, or the need for mental health support. With more than 17 years of nursing experience across inpatient, outpatient, and acute care settings, we combine clinical expertise with a patient-centered approach that always puts your needs first.

Sara keeps our office running smoothly with her friendly demeanor and strong organizational skills. She handles scheduling, communication, and daily administrative tasks, helping create a welcoming and efficient experience for everyone we serve.
