We provide home-based primary care and behavioral health services for adults ages 18 and older, including those who are homebound, have limited mobility, live in group homes or assisted living settings, are recovering after hospitalization, or simply prefer receiving care in the comfort of their home.
Esenga Health can serve as your primary care provider—or work alongside your existing healthcare team to help keep your care connected and convenient.
We accept MassHealth, Medicare, and most major commercial insurance plans, and we're actively expanding our coverage.
Currently accepted for eligible services, including in-home visits when covered by your plan.
